Providing twice the dose of the Pincure unit, the compact lightweight and economical air cooled LEDZero VTwin UV LED module is designed for more demanding inkjet ‘pinning’ applications as well as offering entry level full curing capability. The LEDZero VTwin is also expandable into a seamless long line source for industrial and other applications and being just 32mm thick can slot into confined spaces.
LEDZero VTwin represents the very latest step forward in solid state UV curing and the advanced air cooling ensures a long service life (anticipated in excess of 20,000 hours) without the need for any consumable parts
LEDZero VTwin can initiate a photochemical reaction with a degree of precision not previously possible with bulb technology. Being air cooled, it’s more energy efficient than water cooled alternatives.
The high speed switching of the LEDZero VTwin array allows it to be switched on and off in sequence with the application process, thereby eliminating the risk of stray UV light and unnecessary standby power consumption.
LEDZero VTwin standard 80mm curing array is scalable by multiples of 80mm up to a seamless 2,800mm to suit specific applications, which is a unique proposition in today’s marketplace.
The LEDZero VTwin and VTwin Plus lamp head and power supply deliver an intense beam of UV whilst requiring only 40W of electrical energy and weighing 250g per head.
