Integration Technology offers three ranges of standard light sources, which can be sold alone or as part of a fully integrated modular system.
The minature SubZero series is specifically designed for inkjet curing applications and is ideally suited to medium size printers/plotters and marking and encoding applications.
The compact VZero series is a high output system suitable for a variety of inkjet and industrial applications including wide and grand format printers, CIJ and DOD product marking and encoding, single pass static head graphics applications, electronic applications such as etch resist and jetable electronics.
The low output PZero series is designed for pinning (partial cure fixing) ink droplets. Integration Technology has pioneered this technology to deliver the world's only commercially available pinning system.
The standard equipment in each UV series can be tailored with a comprehensive array of options to focus expenditure on a level of technology necessary for the required application, ensuring costs reflect customer needs. The diverse range represents technology from the most simple and cost effective solution to the cutting edge of UV technology.
Bespoke UV curing systems are available to meet specific customer needs for tailored UV solutions. Bespoke solutions can be developed where no sutiable proprietary products exist.
